A small-group, hands-on intensive built for barbers and hairdressers who already know the basics and are ready to sharpen the way they actually work. Two full days, one tutor, four seats. We work through the systems we use in our own salon every day — the ones that produce consistent, high-quality cuts at pace.
Most barbers don't need more techniques. They need a system that holds quality on every client — proven, repeatable, refined.
Built for cutters who already work behind a chair. Two days is enough time to rebuild the way you think about a haircut, but only if you're already past the basics.
Each day starts with a live demonstration from your tutor, then moves straight into hands-on work. You'll cut on a tuition head with feedback, refining a system you can take straight back to your own chair.
Live demonstration followed by hands-on work. We focus on longer hair, building round and square shapes, and the thinking behind how shape is created and controlled.
By the end of day one, you'll have a clearer mental model for cutting longer hair — and a process for getting it consistently right.

You leave with a complete system, not just a haircut — proven, repeatable, ready to install in your own work the moment you're back behind the chair.

Run on consecutive Sunday and Monday at our Cottingham shop. One tutor, four students, two intensive days. Currently running every other month, moving to monthly as demand grows.

The 2-Day course is paid in full. A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your place at booking, with the balance due before the course start.
At least 30 days' notice is required to cancel. Deposits are non-refundable, but where possible we'll do our best to transfer your place to a future cohort.
The tuition head and stand are provided for use on the day and remain ours at the end. The course workbook is yours to keep.
